If you've made an error with your order and notify us before we have picked the order, we will provide a full refund at no charge. Once we have packaged the item we are unable to stop the dispatch and return postage is your liability.
If we've made an error with picking your order, please let us know and we will arrange the incorrect item to be returned, and the correct item sent, at our cost.
If you've had an issue with your delivery and it has arrived damaged, then it must be signed for as damaged with the courier. We will try, if possible, to correct any issues but cannot guarantee this if the item was not reported damaged on arrival with the courier.
If you wish to return items from your order, then under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to return your goods for a full refund. You must notify us within 7 working days from the day after you receive your goods.
