The shop operates as an extension of the Realtime Trains website and is operated by Realtime Trains itself.

Physical Item Orders

Some items on this shop are physical products. Unless we advise otherwise before you order, we guarantee that any order placed will be dispatched, if it is in stock, within three full working days. For instance, an order placed on a Friday morning will be processed no later than Wednesday the following week.

We will advise you by email when your order has been dispatched.

Postal Delivery Options

We generally post all orders by Royal Mail. Most, but not all, items are eligible for free postal delivery. If an item is not available for free delivery, then we will only offer the chargeable options listed below.

We can only dispatch products to Great Britain and Northern Ireland at present.

Digital Delivery

Any order with a digital delivery product, such as a RailMiles Gift Voucher, will have any digital delivery items processed within a few hours of the order being placed. Gift voucher codes should arrive within 4 hours of the order being placed.
